Their objective is to promote the sport of shooting in all its forms including competitive rifle, pistol and shotgun shooting, sporting shooting and hunting with firearms etc.
They want to educate practitioners of the sport and the general public regarding firearms and shooting in general as well as the safe and responsible use of firearms.
On top of that they also promote the conservation of the world’s natural habitat and the sustainable use of wildlife.
They also assist non-dedicated hunters and sportsmen who own a handgun and or hunting rifle to participate in postal shooting competitions so that they have additional motivation for the renewal of their firearm licences.

They started as a one-man business making customized holsters for friends. In South Africa there is no one they know of who produces IDPA Legally quality customized holsters. A.R. Firearm Training Academy’s approved handgun leather accessories are practical and user friendly.
All their equipment is custom handmade out of cowhide and ostrich leather and the stitching is the strongest stitch, and most of the seams are double stitched for durability. No other material is used except leather and reinforced metal strips.
A.R. Firearm Training Academy was registered in 2004 and provides training and practical tests in the use of a handgun, Rifle, Shotgun, Hand machine carbine, the use of firearms in a tactical duty related situation.
